Quang Binh police present wheelchairs to disabled people

During the program, the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department and the Dinh Thien Ly Community Support Fund donated 8 wheelchairs to the Quang Binh Provincial Center for Social Work, 22 wheelchairs to the Huong Phuong Hope Shelter in Quang Trach district and 4 wheelchairs to the Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children in Quang Ninh district.

In addition, several wheelchairs were also given to disabled relatives of public security officers.

These donations were part of a total of 100 wheelchairs presented, with a total cost of over VND 142 million.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Director of the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Hoang Khac Luong expressed his appreciation for the generosity of the Dinh Thien Ly Fund and hoped that the program would continue in the future, supporting localities in implementing social welfare policies.

Each wheelchair, though being modest in size, is a meaningful gift that helps improve mobility and living conditions for the beneficiaries.

The program is of great significance and humanity as it demonstrated the care and commitment of the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department and the community towards people with disabilities and disadvantaged children in the province.

Earlier, CT&D Group in Vietnam and the Dinh Thien Ly Community Support Fund coordinated with the Quang Binh Provincial Police Department to inaugurate a social project to renovate the school branch in Hung hamlet, Trong Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district with total funding of 160 million VND.
