Hanoi City Police Department supports Tuyen Quang province to rebuid temporary and dilapidated houses

MPS - A delegation of the Hanoi City Police Department led by its Deputy Director Senior Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen handed over funding in support of the rebuilding of temporary and dilapidated houses in Tuyen Quang province to the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Department on May 12, 2025.

In response to the emulation movement “Joining Hands to Eliminate Temporary and Dilapidated Houses Nationwide” launched by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the Hanoi City Police Department donated 3 billion VND in support of the construction of 50 new houses for disadvantaged households in Tuyen Quang province.

Earlier, officers and enlistees of the Hanoi City Police Force had donated money to the fund.

Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen emphasized that the support represents not only material assistance but also the heartfelt sentiments and compassion of Hanoi police officers toward disadvantaged local households.

He noted that the initiative reflects the deep sense of social responsibility of the Capital Police Force, contributing to promoting the Public Security Forces’ tradition “For the nation be ready to sacrifice lives, to the people give wholehearted devotion.”

Hopefully, the housing program will help local residents stabilize their lives and strive for a better life.

Director of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Department Senior Colonel Phan Kim Dinh expressed his sincere gratitude for the Hanoi City Police Department for the support for disadvantaged households in the province, and affirmed that the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Department would work closely with local authorities to execute the program as scheduled for the rightful beneficiaries.

The program of the Hanoi City Police Department aims at the celebration of the 80th founding anniversary of the Public Security Forces (August 19, 1945–2025) and the 20th anniversary of the “All People Protecting National Security” Festival Forces (August 19, 2005–2025).
